“About two weeks ago the gout in my ankle flared up. standard procedure- GP call and a course of Naproxen and Tramadol prescribed. Unfortunately, this time nothing touched it. at the beginning of this week, it was better although I still felt discomfort and pain while walking ( trying to) I went to Tiago yesterday and I must admit after one session I am pain-free. I walked about 2-3 miles today and I am fine gout didn't come back.
Tiago is very professional, and knowledgeable and explains everything in an understandable easy way. if you a first-timer and never had an acupuncture session before, you have nothing to worry about you are in good hands.

‘‘Trigeminal neuralgia. I can whole heartedly say Tiago has given me my life back! I am on my 4th treatment I haven't taken any pain relief for 2 weeks which believe me is huge!
I would 100% recommend trying acupuncture if you suffer with TN. Tiago is attentive, caring, sympathetic and just generally a really nice person. ‘‘I started having treatment back in January after having a blood test which showed I had very low testosterone (maker was 2.4), which I got because I was having the feelings of depression, daily mood swings for no apparent reason. After just 3 sessions I noticed my mood was leveling off, I was angry less and feel better.
The following weeks it all continues and noticed my sex drive was increasing again. I had a further blood test 6 months later and my marker had gone to 9.6 a massive increase, even though Acupuncture was all I had done to try and improve it.

So after 16 years of full body crippling pains crying my eyes out because of my period pains being so bad, nothing wouldn't help and being told its women thing get use to it and a nhs member telling to to have a child to help relief of pain for nine months and it would help ease the pain afterwards (what was a lie).

‘‘Tiago is an absolute miracle worker. My husband has suffered 2 strokes and has severe pain in his lower back due to osteoarthritis.
He has been visiting Tiago for over 12 months now and the difference is staggering. His mobility has improved and he can now bend his ankle (which he could not previously do).
The therapy had greatly improved his gait and his stability. When he gets a flare up of his osteoarthritis, one session of acupuncture alleviates the pain immediately. I had severe pain in my knee at one point and Tiago was kind enough to offer me an acupuncture session.
